At Flickron, we work with fulfillment partners to deliver your products to customers across the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is generally 5–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take several days to update after an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to request an address correction.
If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Flickron is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Flickron is generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen afterward.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
Contact us if you need assistance investigating the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable.
